“From start to finish, Mark, Dan and his team pulled out all the stops to ensure we got exactly the new en-suite we wanted. No issue was too small and queries were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Even an unseen major structural problem was dealt with speedily and effectively.

Without exception, all the tradesmen on site were courteous, efficient and the quality of their work was second to none. We are totally delighted with the finished en-suite, so much so that we have asked Mark to do a makeover on our existing family bathroom early in the New Year.

Hi Mark,

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and Dave for the first rate job you’ve done on our bathroom, we are more than pleased with it. From the outset the design process was fluid and you listened to what we wanted, coupled with your experienced advice and did several re designs.

That time was well spent, and we are glad we took your advice on the digital shower, its great, we are converted- literally!

The installation was meticulous, top quality, and tidy. You wouldn’t know we had workmen in, Dave worked very tidily, and taking the rubbish away each day stopped our home from being turned into a building site. Every detail was covered, Dave talked us through each option that cropped up in the build, so everything was installed exactly as we wanted it, no surprises. And finally Dave’s quality of work, it’s fantastic!

We’ve had lots of high quality work done on the house, but he is in a different league, a very well thought out job, his attention to detail, and work ethic are 2nd to non. The finished result speaks for itself, we are very happy, and will recommend you to anyone.

Just a note to say how delighted I am with my new on-suite bathroom. The planning and fitting were carried professionally with the minimum of stress. Mark was very helpful regarding suggestions and any queries I had and we talked Over ideas with liberal cups of coffee! Tim carried out the entire refurbishment, he was absolutely first class, certainly new his job, polite, very efficient, very clean and tidy (good knows how) and he produced a beautiful end result.

I would have no hesitations in recommending Pocklington to any one who is considering new bathrooms.

We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with the kitchen you supplied to us. It has turned out just the way we envisaged it and cannot thank you enough. You managed to make the granite go right back into the window reveal as we requested so there is no window sill and it looks really clean and crisp.

The pillar that Steve your granite supplier and fitter made to hold up the end of the breakfast bar works well and it meant we did not have to have another different material in the kitchen, so it kept the clean lines we wanted.

The work you did was very professional and we would be happy to recommend you to any of your customers and they would be welcome to come and view our kitchen.
